Meet others on the same journey in a safe and welcoming space to explore the innner work of pregnancy and transition into parenthood.
Tea and snacks will be provided. Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothes.
Time: 6:15pm - 8:00/8:15pm (They run between 90 mins to 2 hours)
Location: Our locations move between Metta Yoga South and the Highlands and Nest Wellness
