Hi! I’m Chantal Eder, a passionate movement specialist, who focuses on Pre & Postnatal wellness.
I am a certified Yoga teacher, postnatal fitness coach, Birthing from Within Childbirth Educator and Birthsmarter Childbirth Ed facilitator.
I am a mom of two, a little one who made his entrance in the back of a NYC Taxi and his younger sister who we welcomed earthside at home (we didn’t feel like getting in a car this time!).
My family and I currently live in Alberta, Canada but we have called many places ‘home’ including London, UK and NYC.
Working with pregnant families opens my heart. Being able to support parents, share valuable child birth education, ease discomforts, and help foster a strong community is a true honour.
I want to ensure you are getting the support, attention, and information that you need, or didn’t know you needed. Each of my classes weaves together movement, birth and body education, mindfulness, and practices you can bring home.
Can I bring my baby to postnatal yoga?
Yes! Babies from newborn up to active crawling are welcome. Once they start to move around the room, I suggest a toddler and me class.

Can I buy a drop-in for a prenatal or postnatl yoga class?

What do I need to bring to class?
A mat, water, snacks ( eating is always welcome in pre&postnatal yoga).
For Postnatal yoga, a blanket for baby, a baby carrier, and some toys ( I provide some Montessori toy and silks.)
