Would you like to return to movement safely in the comfort of your own home?
Private sessions help to address your individual postpartum needs, whether that be addressing discomfort from a surgical or vaginal birth, working with prolapse, or simple esing your way back into movement without the stress of packing up baby for a day out.
Each class is tailored to your body's needs and comfort level and can include:
Relaxation and stress management
Pelvic organ prolapse and what solutions are available
Perineal Tearing and side effects
Incontinence: types and what solutions are available
Other possible pain causes: LAM, Cesarean scar tissue,
Diastasis recti, how to asses your own, and who to work with for further help
Core and Pelvic Floor breath awareness
How to asses what movements work for you
Returning to running
Body discomfort and gaining body confidence after baby
Baby Yoga
Each class is 60 mins in length and takes place in your home (please allow more time for the first appointment). Baby's are always welcome (let me know if you would like a class tailored to you AND baby).
