New parents are welcome to bring their babies ( newborns - 6/7 months) or come on their own.

This class focuses on the new parent so baby can sleep or get involved on the mat. This is not a baby and me class ( no songs or baby massage ) but I do have a selection of Montesorri toys for various ages.

** Zoom option is available if you cannot make it to the studio due to weather or baby napping :)**
