
Join our prenatal community as we use movement to strengthen and Support pregnancy and ease Common symptoms.
Birth education is weaved throughout the class covering comfort and coping techniques for vaginal and ceserean birth, common labour positions and much more.
This class is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.
Time: 6:45pm - 8pm
Date: Classes run every Thursday June 15 - July 13th
Please bring your own mat, water, and snacks ( eating is always ok in prenatal yoga)
Class is sold in a series of 5: $110 CAD
