Join our prenatal community as we use movement to Strengthen and Support your pregnancy and ease common symptoms.

Birth education is weaved throughout the class covering comfort and coping techniques for vaginal and surgical birth, common labour positions and much more.

This class is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.

Cost: $110 +GST = $115.50

Please bring your own mat, water, and snacks ( eating is always ok in prenatal yoga)
